All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of herbal products, skincare, teas, and wellness items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

This policy ensures the safety and integrity of all our natural products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will gladly replace or refund the affected product once your claim is reviewed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, tracking information is provided. While we are not responsible for postal service delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses, we will do our best to help you locate your order or file a claim when possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Please email us immediately if you need to cancel or adjust your order.
